Entrees (choose up to five)

 

Filet Mignon- an 8oz filet served with freshly grilled vegetables, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and a three mushroom Merlot demi glace. $29

Smothered Chicken- chicken breast seared & topped with sautéed red onions & mushrooms, smothered with melted swiss cheese. Served with leek, chipotle & asiago risotto and asparagus spears. $22

Rack of Lamb- New Zealand Rack of Lamb, herb breaded and seared, paired with a sweet warm balsamic vinaigrette; served with leek, banana pepper & gruyere mashed potatoes. $29

New Orleans Pork Tenderloin- pork tenderloin medallions, topped with our New Orleans crawfish & andouille sausage jazz sauce. Served with red salt potatoes and grilled corn on the cob. $24

  Cavatelli- artichokes, sundried tomatoes & a medley of fresh herbs tossed with cavatelli pasta and finished in our romano cream sauce. $21

Lobster Truffle Penne- sautéed lobster in a garlic sherry cream sauce, tossed with penne pasta. $28

 Asian Marinated Chilean Seabass- served over a sticky rice timbale with fresh seaweed salad in a pool of lobster essence. $29

 Ahi Tuna- sesame, ginger & honey glazed tuna served with wasabi sticky rice & our asian slaw. $24

 Sea Scallops- pan seared and finished with a sherry roasted red pepper sauce; served atop lobster sweet potato cakes. $26

TPG Mac & Cheese- creamy, delicious and a little spicy. Romano, cheddar jack and smoked mozzarella sauce, tossed with cavatappi pasta. $19 (with andouille sausage $23)
