Filet Mignon- an 8oz filet served with freshly grilled vegetables, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and a three mushroom Merlot demi glace. $29 Smothered Chicken- chicken breast seared & topped with sautéed red onions & mushrooms, smothered with melted swiss cheese. Served with leek, chipotle & asiago risotto and asparagus spears. $22 Rack of Lamb- New Zealand Rack of Lamb, herb breaded and seared, paired with a sweet warm balsamic vinaigrette; served with leek, banana pepper & gruyere mashed potatoes. $29 New Orleans Pork Tenderloin- pork tenderloin medallions, topped with our New Orleans crawfish & andouille sausage jazz sauce.
