Platters and Displays International Cheese, fruits and flatbreads (pricing on selection) A display of various cheeses such as: Explorateur, Camembert, Manchego, Stilton, Cambazola, Havarti, Fontina, Fontinella, Provolone, Maytag bleu, NY Cheddar, Champagne Cheddar, Buffalo Wing Cheddar, Roasted Garlic Cheddar, Smoked Mozzarella, Choices also include: Homemade pesto torta, baked brie en croute, brie with port wine infused grapes and walnuts, baked brie wrapped in pastry with a caramelized pecan glaze, goat cheese and walnut cheesecake. Sushi station ($5pp) A variety of fresh sushi pre rolled or with a **Chef rolling to order. House Cured / Smoked Salmon ($5pp) With fresh whipped cream cheese, onions, eggs, capers, pumpernickel toast and remoulade. Breads and Spreads station (choice of 4 items w/asst. breads $15pp add $3pp more for each additional item) Homemade breads, foccocia, crostinis served amongst your choice of “spreads” such as : Artichoke dip, crab dip, black bean and goat cheese dip, cheese fondue, homemade garlic chips w/ gorgonzola dip, tapanades, white bean hummus, red pepper hummus, and flavored butters, 2 butters count as 1 item (herb/garlic, ginger/cilantro, curry/raisin, orange blossom, honey/mint, & pumpkin spice). Antipasto / Mediterranean table (choice of 5 items $15pp, add $3pp for each additional item) Bowls of marinated olives, tapenades, Italian cheeses, feta and marinated olive skewers, roasted garlic, grapes, melons, prosciutto, salami, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, pitas, crostini and a variety of hummus. Raw Bar (price depending upon selection & season) A selection of fresh seafood based on availability. Carving Station (beef $14pp, poultry $9pp, lamb $12pp, pork $10pp, tuna $10pp) Beef, poultry, lamb, pork, tuna….marinated, grilled, roasted or jerked. Served with homemade mini rolls and various sauces. Pasta Station (price starts at $12pp which includes 2 sauces, 3 pasta and 4 veggie items to mix. Each additional veggie item is $1pp and $3pp for meat) A variety of pastas, sauces and items to mix in, made to order by **Chefs. Fondue (dessert) (choice of 2 dips and 5 items $7pp w/ coffee $8pp) Milk, dark, white chocolates, caramel and a variety of dipping items: fruits, nuts, berries, cookies, pretzels, chips, angel food cake, pound cakes, biscotti, rice krispie treats….. Dessert Table Finger size or whole desserts for slicing- homemade at our bakery Chrissy Beanz.
