There are so many dishes that can be created with pasta that this is something we would have to discuss before I could give you any pricing.
We could incorporate this as a side or could offer it as an entree with a meat.

Cake pricing is dependent on what flavor, filling, details etc. $3 to $5pp

Filet Mignon- an 8oz filet served with freshly grilled vegetables, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and a three mushroom Merlot demi glace. $27

 

TPG Chicken- chicken breast seared & crusted with sundried tomato pesto, served with a medley of sautéed vegetables and goat cheese herb polenta. $21

 

Rack of Lamb- New Zealand Rack of Lamb, herb breaded and seared, paired with roasted shallot & goat cheese mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and finished with a cabernet reduction. $28

 

Pork Medallions- large, tender medallions of pork, pan seared & oven finished to perfection, served over sweet potato hash, finished with a sausage & fennel cream sauce. $23

 

Jerk Salmon-  grilled jerk marinated salmon served with jicama slaw and ginger rice topped with pico de gallo and cilantro lime infused sour cream. $24

 

Lobster and All That Jazz- sautéed lobster & andouille sausage served in a zesty creole white wine sauce, tossed with penne pasta. $27

 

Asian Marinated Chilean Seabass- served over a sticky rice timbale with fresh seaweed salad in a pool of lobster essence. $29

 

Ahi Tuna- panko coriander encrusted, seared rare, served with sticky rice and a blend of Asian vegetables, sautéed with a sweet ginger sauce and drizzled with wasabi cream. $23

 

Sea Scallops- pan seared and finished with a sherry roasted red pepper sauce; served atop lobster sweet potato cakes. $25

 

Tortellini- tomato, spinach, and rosemary cream sauce tossed with cheese filled tortellini, topped with feta. $19
